Annotation
Eurofins MWG Operon offers annotation services for prokaryotic sequences. We are
able to predict genes from genome sequence data using state-of-the-art prediction
software.
With our user friendly AnnotationViewer™ software you can display your sequence
and all of its annotated features. The AnnotationViewer software is a tool, designed
and built in-house, that can be used free-of-charge, as part of your project.
EST2Genes
Once your EST sequencing project is finished, how do you get the most out of your
sequence data? To provide a solution Eurofins MWG Operon offers EST clustering and
assembly services.
- Overall clustering and assembly statistics, including the number of contigs and
singlets, number of reads per cluster, information on contig lengths, allocation
of reads to contigs/clusters, and much more.
- FASTA files of all singlets and contigs.
- BLASTn and BLASTx analysis, and filtered output files in standard GFF format.
