How to Use SimpleSeq Reactions

Use the 1D barcode from SimpleSeq tubes when entering a DNA Sequencing order

The system automatically detects that the barcode belongs to a SimpleSeq tube and enters a no charge order for the reaction into our system

Upload orders work the same way; samples with SimpleSeq barcodes are processed at no charge*

*PCR purification and plasmid prep are not included with SimpleSeq reactions and will be charged to your account.

You can order more than one reaction per tube by simply entering the barcode and sample name in more than one row in the upload spreadsheet or the order entry screen.
