QuickLC Purification
QuickLC purification is a proprietary purification process that offers purity levels
of 85% and above—equal to or greater than the levels obtained by HPLC purification.
Extensive testing in end user laboratories has proven that oligos purified with
the QuickLC method perform identically to oligos that go through the older HPLC
process. If you believe that your QuickLC purity oligos are not performing as good
or better than HPLC-purified oligos, call us and we’ll make it right.
The QuickLC process removes most N-1 and other truncated failure sequences created
during synthesis and achieves purity levels of 85% and above. Selection of QuickLC
purification ensures delivery of your oligo at HPLC-grade purity; typically within
2 days!
QuickLC is highly recommended for oligos needing HPLC-grade purity or when higher
than typical HPLC yields are required for your experiment. For a list of oligos

QuickProbe qPCR Probes
QuickProbe qPCR probes are purified by our proprietary QuickLC purification technique.
QuickProbe qPCR probes are available as 6-FAM–TAMRA probes at the 50 nmol scale.
Eurofins MWG Operon can typically ship a guaranteed minimum of 16 nmol (4OD) of your
QuickProbe qPCR probe within just 2 days!
qPCR Design Tool
This new tool is as simple to use as our Primer Design Tool. Just enter your sequence
of interest in FASTA format and select the targeted region. Enter the length range,
GC content range, and melting temperature range of your primers and qPCR product.
Finally enter the length range and melting temperature range of your probe. Click
Search, and the qPCR Design Tool will find optimized primer pairs and probes for
your assay. Transfer probe/primer sets from the qPCR Design Tool directly to the
order entry process to select probe type, dye-quencher pair, and scale.
New Order Entry Processes
Web ordering is now available for dual-labeled probes, including the new QuickProbe
qPCR probes. Also available is web ordering for plate-format oligos. You can order
up to 1000 oligos in 96 well plate format by spreadsheet or delimited text file.

The PCR Primer Design Tool will help you design your own primers for PCR, RT-PCR,
or sequencing.
Upgraded Sequencing Ordering and Primer Library
The addition of the following features make DNA Sequencing services easier than
ever to order.
- Manage all of your sequencing primers with our new Primer Library utility
- Independent pages for sending sample in individual tubes or arrayed in plates
- Simplified plate ordering
- Reduced number of fields and required fields
Order History Upgrades
There have been several updates to the order history pages including:
- Electronic Invoices are now available in your order history.
- Shipment Tracking numbers are now being included with your order history.
User Defaults Update
The account defaults functionality has been extended to work on the Custom Oligos
Upload page as well.

User Default Values
User Default Values have been added throughout the online ordering process. Choosing
the "Set as default" option next to a field will pre-populate the field with the
selected value for each subsequent order.
