Library Generation Services
Preparation and arraying of BAC and other libraries, including spotting of clones
onto nylon filters when requested. When smaller fragments are required for your
experimental needs, we recommend our Cosmid and Fosmid library services. Transcriptome
studies typically utilize our broad range of standard, normalized and subtracted
cDNA libraries. Our typical library construction utilizes mechanically sheared shotgun
fragments cloned into the specific vector providing libraries without restrict site
biases for shotgun sequencing or other studies.
