Eurofins MWG Operon offers a wide variety of dual-labeled probes for real-time qPCR assays. These probes are synthesized with a 5’ fluorophore and a 3’ quencher. We offer a complete range of probes from every area of the visible spectrum and into near IR. This broad range of dye–quencher pairs makes multiplexing simpler.

Each probe is purified by HPLC and available in 200 nmol and 1 μmol scales. Most dye–quencher pairs are also available in 50 nmol scale. These probes are typically delivered within 5 business days.
