Eurofins MWG Operon offers an extensive line of dual-labeled probes for use in quantitative, real-time PCR (qPCR). We have a wide range of dye–quencher pairs for use in hydrolysis and Molecular Beacon assays. Each probe is purified by HPLC and available in 200 nmol, and 1 µmol synthesis scales. Most probes are also available in the 50 nmol synthesis scale. Dual-labeled qPCR probes are typically delivered within 5 days.
