QuickProbe qPCR probes are 6-FAM–TAMRA qPCR probes that are purified by our proprietary QuickLC™ purification method. The result: we’ve taken something that is inherently slow and made it quick. You get more probe in about half the time as traditional HPLC-purified probes. We don’t hold back on the amount of your probe—you get enough for over 3000 reactions—and we absolutely do not save extra probe hoping you’ll order it again sometime soon.
High Quality
Eurofins MWG Operon has conducted extensive end user testing on our QuickProbe qPCR probes to ensure that they perform as well as, or better than, traditional probes purified by HPLC. We test each QuickProbe qPCR probe, as we do all of our dual-labeled probes, by mass spectrometry and UV spectrophotometry.
High Yield
With HPLC purification, yields of just 4 nmol at the 50 nmol synthesis scale are common. QuickProbe qPCR probes use our proprietary QuickLC purification method that not only decreases delivery times, but also increases the yield of QuickProbe qPCR probes to at least 16 nmol!
